I was one of Doblin Canada's first employees and helped grow the practice to 20+ practitioners. I evolved our design methods, recruited design talent, and sparked long-term client relationships. Along the way, I did work across the design process for some of Canada's largest organizations with a focus on insurance and financial services. The highlights:
- Conducting five design sprints to iterate on a new insurance product
- Rapid prototyping with users for two major insurance companies
- Journey mapping and ethnographic research in transportation
- User research immersion with ~25 leaders from a wealth manager
- Exploring speculative interfaces for the future of insurance claims
